Most of Liquidity’s clients entrust the compilation of their wine and spirits lists to Liquidity. These lists are customized to the specific product that the lodge or institution is providing. Liquidity is actively involved in the wine and spirits industry and hence has in-depth knowledge of rare and most recent products, prices and developments in wines and spirits.
In the past, institutions have been forced to compile their own beverage lists and then have had to source these products from up to 20 suppliers. But no longer. This is where Liquidity comes in. Liquidity will customize the unbiased beverage lists towards the requirements of the product offered by the institution within the given pricing constraints. Once the new list and prices have been signed off, Liquidity takes on the responsibility of sourcing, financing and consolidating the “wish list” on behalf of the client and then delivers the consolidated shipment to the client. Due to their bigger purchasing power and consolidated logistics they obtain better pricing and pass these gains on to their clients. The time, effort, and administration taken by the institutions are therefore transferred to Liquidity, leaving the client free to focus on their core business activities. Furthermore, Liquidity advises on various products, quality, price and availability. When the client is satisfied with the list and the prices, Liquidity also transports the consolidated product (“wish list” for wines/ spirits) to the physical address of the client, using temperature-controlled vehicles to ensure the products arrive in optimal condition.
Although the majority of Liquidity’s clients leave the compilation of the wine and spirits list to Liquidity, Liquidity does supply a few clients with a consolidation of the products they personally chose for their institution!
